You're passionate about keeping infrastructure stable and continuously improving it? Then this is your role. As an IT Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer, you'll take ownership of our production IT operations (24/7) and contribute to evolving our modern platform stack. You'll join a cross-functional, silo-free team and work closely with our central SRE team and DevOps engineers embedded in product teams. Together, you'll shape infrastructure that empowers development and drives real business value.
Your Mission
- Owning and evolving our cloud-native production infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
- Implementing and maintaining robust monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, AlertManager)
- Automating infrastructure deployments and configuration management (Terraform, Ansible, GitOps)
- Ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of our systems
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and participating in an on-call rotation
- Collaborating with development teams to optimize application performance and reliability
- Contributing to the definition and implementation of SRE best practices and observability
- Continuously evaluating and introducing new technologies to improve our platform
What you bring to the table
- Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineer
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms, especially AWS
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes is a must!)
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps principles
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, networking, and security concepts
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack)
- Scripting skills (Python, Go, or Bash) for automation and tool development
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
- Experience with IT security, incident management, and disaster recovery processes
- A passion for automation, continuous improvement, and learning new technologies
