Customer Success Manager

About the Role

As our portfolio of e-commerce brands continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who is passionate about client success and relationship building to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of e-commerce brands, helping them get the most out of their partnership with Adtraction. You'll be the go-to contact for many of our clients, supporting them throughout their journey, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
